Healing anxiety with Reiki is a peaceful and non-toxic approach to healing. Reiki is a holistic healing practice that is based in eastern medicine and originated in Japan but is believed to be a very ancient healing modality. but in a nutshell, it is universal life force energy that flows through all living things that is channeled by the Reiki practitioner to promote healing, relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. Many people report various positive experiences with Reiki, including a marked reduction in anxiety symptoms.


Anxiety is a common mental health condition characterized by excessive worry, fear, and unease. Studies have suggested that relaxation techniques like Reiki help manage anxiety by promoting a sense of calm and reduction in stress.
