Manifestation and How We Attract ( Part I )

Updated: Oct 2

I think one of the single most important steps in manifestation is to first understand how you think as an individual. I don’t think most people give this too much thought. Most of us go through our days on automatic pilot, pretty much according to our earlier programming or triggers, somewhat in a semi-conscious state.

In order to become a good manifestor and attract what you want, it’s imperative that you become the observer of your thoughts. Observe without self-criticism whether your thoughts are predominantly positive or negative. What are the little messages your mind says to itself? “I can’t do it”, “I’m not smart enough”, “I’m not strong enough”, “I’m too old”, “I’m too young”, “Nobody will take me seriously”, or “I don’t have the time”.

These little self-limiting beliefs or ones like them “are energy” that can keep us from our desires. It actually can push what we want from us or even create a wall. Thoughts are things!

As you begin to observe your thoughts you can begin to change them and you begin to become more and more aware. This may be difficult in the beginning because it’s become such an automatic response in you but with time and attention, you can accomplish it. We attract what we think about and how we think about it most often. I love this quote from Dr. Joe Dispenza, “Thoughts create an electrical charge and feelings create a magnetic charge. The two together create an electromagnetic charge.” So thoughts and feelings combined together are very powerful. It’s important that we become conscious of whether our predominant thoughts and feelings are positive or negative.

Feelings and thoughts that create abundance are love for all, compassion, faith, gratitude, integrity, consideration of others, and generosity.

Thoughts and emotions that create scarcity are fear, doubt, selfishness, jealousy, resentment, anger, isolation, competition, and resistance to change.

When we begin to master our thoughts and emotions, we begin to feel lighter and positive things begin to come to us quite easily. The negative things will begin to fade. That doesn’t mean that negative things (Or things you think are negative) will never happen to us but you’ll be much better equipped to handle them and move beyond. The so-called negatives are a part of our growth and give us the opportunity to appreciate all that is good in your life.

With these understandings in place, you will be much better equipped to use wonderful other tools to fine-tune your ability to attract and manifest exactly what you wish, such as crystals and grids. Crystals and grids further amplify your intention and the power of your thoughts and emotions so it’s important not to forget to use them.
